Children aged 4 to 7 are at their most curious and energetic stage. They are keen to learn and acquire new skills and knowledge in anything.

The children’s Taekwondo class focus on basic Taekwondo moves to strengthen balance and concentration, develop muscles and build endurance in a child. As the child develop confidence through training, this instills grit in the child that will enable them to overcome future challenges.

Children will learn the etiquette of traditional Taekwondo, respect for friends, teachers and parents. Through Taekwondo training, parents can see many positive changes in children.

It is important to note that many accidents that happen during early childhood training is caused by a failure to consider the child’s age. Thus, parents need to exercise discernment in sending their child for early childhood exercise programmes. If a child gets injured during an exercise, they might develop a phobia towards exercising. The rigour of the exercise must be suitable for the child.
